Job Connection, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Accounting & Finance Professional to support its financial operations in Billings, Montana. You will maintain accurate records, prepare reports, and assist with budgeting and compliance in a nonprofit setting.

The role covers accounts payable/receivable, payroll, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, and audit preparation. Strong Excel and accounting software skills are essential, and CPA not required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required.
• Minimum of 3 years of accounting or finance experience.
• Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
• CPA certification is not required.
• Experience working in a nonprofit organization preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Adobe Acrobat, and accounting software preferred.

This position is responsible for maintaining accurate financial records, preparing reports, supporting budgeting activities, and ensuring sound accounting practices.

The Accounting & Finance Professional is responsible for all aspects of the organization's accounting functions, including accounts payable, accounts receivable, payroll, account reconciliations, general ledger maintenance, financial reporting, budgeting support, audit preparation, and compliance with applicable accounting standards and organizational policies.

Salary: TBD based on experience.
