Job summary

Groundworks New Mexico is seeking a finance/records specialist to maintain accurate records and databases for internal staff, volunteers, donors, and agencies. The role involves resolving exceptions and assisting with routine accounting processes while delivering exceptional customer service.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor's degree in business, finance, accounting or equivalent, plus 3 years of accounting experience. Proficiency in Excel and nonprofit accounting is preferred.

Qualifications

• 3 years of experience in a Finance or Accounting Department in an accounting role.
• Proficient in Excel and finance software applications.
• Nonprofit accounting experience preferred.
