Job summary

The Bair Foundation is seeking an Accounting Coordinator at its National Office to keep financial operations accurate, organized, and financially sound. You will manage financial data, prepare reports, support cash management, and help ensure audits and financial reporting readiness.

The role supports leaders with financial clarity, accountability, and insight to advance the organization's mission serving children and families.

Qualifications

• Associates degree in Accounting or higher or equivalent experience.
• Experience with financial data, reports, spreadsheets, reconciliations, or related accounting functions.
• Strong analytical, mathematical, organizational, communication, and problem solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide financial clarity by maintaining accurate data and reports for leaders.
• Strengthen financial stewardship through cash management, reconciliations, investments, and fixed assets.
• Prepare audit files, year-end work papers, and financial reports to support transparency.
• Turn data into insight by analyzing financial information and identifying trends.
• Support the mission by delivering accuracy and financial insight to enable wise resource use.
