Job summary

Radius Recycling seeks a Recycling Operations NF Supervisor to lead nonferrous processing, ensure safety, and optimize throughput and quality. You will coordinate with supervisors, commercial operations, and peers to maximize processing capacity and profitability while maintaining stringent safety standards.

The role emphasizes OSHA compliance, training, and development of SOPs. You will manage inventory, shipping, and coordination with the buying group to meet orders and maintain high-quality

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent; metal recycling experience preferred.
• Minimum 3 years metal recycling industry experience.
• Must have a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Ensures safe work practices and equipment are used and compliant with company safety policies and OSHA guidelines.
• Directs, evaluates, schedules and coordinates equipment and personnel to support daily nonferrous operations.
• Creates and maintains a layout plan for NF processing and shipping areas to ensure proper workflow.
• Submits and implements process improvement ideas to improve refining quality, profitability and safety.
• Maintains inventory control and coordinates material pricing, quotes, and dispatch for NF products.
• Oversees scheduling and movement of trucks, manifests, and intercompany transfers; completes related paperwork.
• Supports internal controls and ensures compliance with policies; supervisory responsibilities for NF Processing staff.
