Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Life Sciences or related fields.
• PhD preferred with extensive industry/research experience in delivery systems.
• Experience with design of experiments and data-driven process development.

Responsibilities

• Design and execute hypothesis-driven studies to deepen mechanistic understanding for scalable LNP manufacturing.
• Develop end-to-end LNP processes including formulation, bioconjugation, purification, and downstream processing.
• Establish mechanistic understanding of targeting moieties and their impact on product quality.
• Create scale-down models to support process understanding and translation to larger scales.
• Apply DoE and analytical characterization to relate process attributes to performance.
• Collaborate with Analytical Development to enhance real-time process understanding.
• Evaluate emerging process technologies to improve efficiency, robustness, and manufacturability.
• Document findings and present results across cross-functional teams.
