Job summary

Constitution General Agency LLC. is seeking a skilled Non-Standard Bodily Injury Adjuster to independently handle BI claims, including attorney-represented matters.

You will evaluate liability and damages, negotiate settlements, and coordinate with attorneys to resolve claims promptly, while owning your caseload within a collaborative team. You will analyze coverage, establish reserves, review medical records, and gather information from claimants, attorneys, and other sources to ensure

Qualifications

• Experience handling represented BI claims and litigation.
• Active Texas Multi-Line Adjuster License required.
• 2+ years in non-standard auto insurance.
• Strong negotiation, communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to produce clear, well-structured reports independently.

Responsibilities

• Analyze coverage and determine liability for assigned claims.
• Negotiate settlements with claimants and their legal representatives.
• Establish reserves and process settlements per company standards.
• Estimate medical treatment costs and compensation for injuries.
• Review medical records and coordinate with all parties for efficient resolution.
• Gather information through interviews with claimants, attorneys, agents/brokers, police and others.
• Document and manage each step of the claims process accurately.
