Job summary

National General, part of The Allstate Corporation, is seeking a Non-Standard Bodily Injury Claims Adjuster - Attorney Represented (Remote, PST). The role investigates, evaluates, negotiates, and resolves attorney-represented bodily injury claims from auto accidents, handling complex exposures and plaintiff-attorney interactions.

Ideal candidates will manage a high-volume caseload with strong file quality, customer service, and ability to work 8am–5pm PT.

Responsibilities

• Investigate all aspects of bodily injury claims (coverage, damages, subrogation, litigation) with independence within authority.
• Apply understanding of company policies and industry practices to claims handling.
• Determine subrogation or fraud potential and appropriate handling.
• Identify customer needs and meet them with effective service skills.
• Recognize body parts and property damage components relevant to claims.
• Collaborate with assigned reps on fraud or subrogation efforts.
