LendSure Mortgage Corp. in Warwick, RI or Kennesaw, GA is seeking a Full-Time Non-QM Underwriter. You will render credit decisions, underwrite mortgage commitments, and verify documentation from Mortgage Brokers in a fast-paced, customer-focused environment.

Ideal candidates have 5+ years of non-conforming mortgage underwriting and strong knowledge of RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z and related lending laws. Encompass, Salesforce and Excel proficiency is required, with collaboration and accuracy a must.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of recent experience underwriting non-conforming residential mortgage loans.
• Minimum 5 years of experience with state and federal lending regulations (Ability to Repay, RESPA, Reg B, Reg Z, Fair Lending, etc.).
• Ability to review complex tax returns and borrower financials.
• Proficiency with Encompass, Salesforce and Excel; strong analytical and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Render credit decisions on incoming applicants in line with internal policies.
• Underwrite mortgage commitments and verify supporting documentation from Mortgage Brokers.
• Uphold service level agreements and collaborate with the team to resolve complex issues.
