Job summary

Arc Home is expanding its Non-QM Account Executive team to drive new business and strengthen partnerships with Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers. You will educate clients on Arc Home’s Non-QM, Conventional, Jumbo, FHA and VA options, while collaborating with Operations to ensure flawless loan delivery.

The role emphasizes proactive client contact, meeting sales targets, and ongoing training to maintain a high level of service and product knowledge.

Responsibilities

• Generate new business from Correspondent lenders and Wholesale brokers.
• Expand existing relationships and educate clients on Arc Home's Non-QM solutions.
• Coordinate with Operations to ensure smooth loan execution.
• Meet and exceed monthly sales targets.
• Maintain daily contact with clients and travel as needed.
