Distinct | North America in Providence, RI is hiring an Audit Manager for nonprofit clients. You will lead engagements, manage a portfolio of charities and schools, mentor junior staff and collaborate with partners as the practice grows.

This hybrid role offers 3 days in the office and remote work the rest, with 25 days PTO, holidays, health/dental/vision, HSA/FSA options, parental leave, commuter benefits and a 401(k) with profit sharing.

Responsabilidades

• Lead nonprofit engagements, managing a portfolio of charities, foundations, schools and other organizations.
• Mentor junior staff and work closely with partners as the nonprofit practice continues to grow.
• Deliver high-quality audits leveraging support, technology and national resources.
• Balance pace and variety with a manageable schedule without excessive evenings or weekends.

Audit Manager | Nonprofit | Providence, RI

You will join a midsized CPA firm in Providence that gives you the support, technology and national resources of a larger firm without the internal politics and relentless hours that often come with one.

You will work 3 days a week from the office and the rest remotely.

Your client base will include charities, foundations, schools and other nonprofit organizations. You will lead engagements, manage a portfolio of clients, mentor junior staff and work closely with partners as the nonprofit practice continues to grow.

There is plenty of variety and responsibility here, but you are not expected to give up every evening and weekend to get it.
