Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct and supervise store functions with the General Store Manager to hit goals.

• Enforce safety, cleanliness, and regulatory compliance.
• Lead onboarding and development of associates for performance improvements.
• Maintain accurate pricing, merchandising, and inventory practices.
• Ensure staffing meets projected sales and customer service needs.
