Position Summary:

The primary role involves assisting the Director to meet the emotional and social needs of residents on an individual basis. You will help plan, organize, implement, evaluate, and oversee the operations of the Social Services Department in compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, policies, and procedures. Adherence to health, sanitary, and infection control policies is essential.

Education and Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to communicate effectively in English and follow instructions
  • Strong interpersonal skills and attention to detail
  • Ability to work collaboratively with staff and community members
  • Knowledge of safety and sanitary protocols
  • Flexible working hours as required
  • No health or safety threats to others in the workplace

Experience:

  • Experience in healthcare, social services, direct care, or hospitality preferred
  • Long-term care experience required

Shift & Wage:

  • Part-Time Opportunities
  • Shifts vary
  • Wage: $20.00/hour
