Job summary

Saber-Healthcare-Group seeks a dedicated Social Services professional at a skilled nursing facility. You will support the Director to address residents' emotional and social needs, assisting in planning, organizing, and directing the Social Services Department to meet policy standards.

Position requires a high school diploma or equivalent and offers full-time shifts from Monday to Friday. Wages are based on experience; comprehensive benefits are provided by the employer.

Position Summary:

The primary purpose of your job is to assist the Director to ensure that the medically related emotional and social needs of the resident are met/maintained on an individual basis. You will assist in planning, organizing, implementing, evaluating, and directing the overall operation of the community’s Social Services Department in accordance with current federal, state, and local standards, guidelines and regulations, our established policies and procedures.

Education/Qualifications:

• Must possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
