Job summary

Montefiore Einstein is seeking a leader to manage the daily operations of the Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular labs at the Wakefield Division. You will coordinate technical services across off-site locations, supervise clinical and clerical staff, and oversee revenue cycles including co-pays and charge entry.

Ideal candidates hold a CAAHEP-certified cardiovascular sonography credential (RDCS/RCS, RVT/RVS) with a bachelor’s preferred and an Associate degree required, plus at least four years

Qualifications

• Prefers Bachelor's degree; Associate degree required.
• Completion of CAAHEP cardiovascular sonography program (RDCS/RCS, RVT/RVS) required.
• Minimum 4 years related ultrasound and lab operations experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage daily operations of Non-Invasive Cardiology and Vascular labs.
• Coordinate technical services across off-site imaging locations.
• Oversee front desk staff and revenue cycle functions (co-pays, charge entry).
• Ensure regulatory compliance and labs accreditation, supervise staff.
