Qualifications

• 3-5 years of supervisor experience in metals recycling operations or heavy manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and track daily production to meet sales expectations in a safe manner.
• Drive efficiencies to lower monthly operating costs.
• Perform safety and production training for personnel.
• Record production data into Production Tracker and Monthly Production Logs.
• Ensure materials shipped meet customer order requirements and maintain traceability.
