Job summary

Carecruiz Homecare Agency LLC is seeking a driver to provide safe, timely non-emergency medical transportation in Sharon, PA. You will assist passengers, communicate with dispatch, and perform routine vehicle checks.

Requirements include a valid driver's license, ability to pass screenings and background checks, and First Aid/CPR within one month. No complex credentials needed; experience preferred but not required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience preferred, but not required.
• Pass a mandatory pre-employment drug and alcohol screening.
• Must pass a mandatory criminal background check.
• Must have a valid motor vehicle operator’s license and be insurable.
• First Aid/CPR Certificate obtained within the first month of employment.
• Defensive Driving Certificate obtained within the first month of employment.
• High School Diploma or Equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Transport patients/clients safely and professionally using company vehicles.
• Move and position patients with medical equipment (gurney, wheelchair, stair chair).
• Communicate with dispatch about schedule and instructions.
• Maintain a professional image and attitude with patients, families, and coworkers.
• Complete pre-shift and post-shift vehicle inspections and keep vehicles clean.
• Assist clients during transfers to ensure safety.
• Understand written and spoken English instructions.
• Operate tablets, two-way radios, and medical transportation software.
