Job summary

WCJC is seeking a Continuing Education Specialist to assist with developing and maintaining non-credit programs across multiple locations. You will meet with students, community members, and industry leaders to provide information on continuing education offerings.

The role requires travel between WCJC campuses and off-site locations, with a focus on strong organizational skills, sound decision making, and exceptional customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree or 60 credit hours with two years of related full-time work experience.
• Strong organizational skills and ability to make sound decisions and work independently.
• Experience with Word, Excel, and PowerPoint; excellent customer service to students and stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Assist the CE Department in developing, implementing, maintaining, scheduling, and monitoring non-credit programs and courses across WCJC service area.
• Meet with students, community members, and industry leaders to provide information on continuing education offerings.
• Support travel between WCJC campuses and off-site locations as needed, ensuring accurate program coordination.
