Job summary

Education Coordinator is an in-office role supporting daily operations of educational programs at the WCBO of UHS. You will oversee curriculum standards, coordinate new hire orientation, and partner with administration, staff, and students to promote program success and operational efficiency.

The position emphasizes hands-on and virtual training delivery, staff collaboration, and ongoing program improvements to ensure high-quality education services across WCBO departments.

Qualifications

• 2-3 years of hospital business office, healthcare management and/or training experience is required.
• Associates degree or experience in lieu of degree

Responsibilities

• Develop, maintain and implement competency-based education programs for WCBO departments.
• Create new hire access requests using the eACR system and maintain knowledge of standards and processes.
• Develop and conduct new hire orientation.
• Ability to train employees in a hands-on and/or virtual environment.
