KETCH is seeking a Non-CNA Direct Support Professional in Wichita, KS. This full-time role involves providing supports and caregiving in group home settings, including training, mentoring and community activities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Salary ranges from $14.35 to $16.00 per hour, with evening, weekend and daytime shifts and opportunities for overtime. Health benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Requirements for a Non-CNA DSP:

• High school diploma or accredited GED
• Valid driver’s license, good driving record, proof of insurance, and dependable transportation to and from work
• Good written and verbal communication skills
• Must be able to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of your total body weight, whichever is less
• Work experience or knowledge regarding the needs of individuals with intellectual/developmental disabilities is beneficial, but not required
• CNA, CMA, HHA, Caregiver or Direct Support experience is beneficial, but not required
• Able to attend a two week, weekday, day time orientation
