KETCH is seeking a Non-CNA Direct Support Professional in Wichita, KS. This full-time role involves providing supports and caregiving in group home settings, including training, mentoring and community activities. A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation are required.

Salary ranges from $14.35 to $16.00 per hour, with evening, weekend and daytime shifts and opportunities for overtime. Health benefits and growth opportunities are highlighted in the benefits package.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or accredited GED.
• Valid driver’s license with good driving record and proof of insurance.
• Good written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 lbs or ¼ of body weight, whichever is less.

Responsibilities

• Provide supports, teaching, transportation, caregiving and personal care in group home settings.
• Engage in training, mentoring and coaching activities; support community outings and shopping.
• Full-time shifts available: evening, weekend and daytime; overtime if offered.
