Job summary

Ascension Jane Phillips in Bartlesville, OK is seeking a Pharmacy Technician to support retail operations in a PRN, days schedule. You will prepare medications, re-pack and compound as needed, manage inventory and ensure accurate dispensing.

Role involves triaging calls, coordinating with healthcare teams, and assembling outgoing prescriptions to support timely therapy outcomes. Oklahoma Board credentialing is required within 3 months of hire.

Qualifications

• Pharmacy tech credential required within 3 months from hire date per OK Board.
• HS diploma or equivalent, with 2 years experience or an Associate/Technical degree or 4 years of applicable experience.
• PRN scheduling flexibility and ability to support retail pharmacy operations.

Responsibilities

• Manage inventory, receive shipments and stock automated dispensing systems.

What Minimum Requirements You’ll Need

Licensure / Certification / Registration

• Required Credential(s):
  • Pharmacy Tech credentialed from the Oklahoma State Board of Pharmacy obtained within 3 Months (90 days) of hire date or job transfer date.

Education

• High School diploma equivalency with 2 years of cumulative experience OR Associate's degree/Technical degree OR 4 years of applicable cumulative job specific experience required.
