Job summary

Uintah Basin Rehabilitation and Senior Villa in Roosevelt, UT is seeking a Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) to join our compassionate care team. You will assist residents with daily activities under licensed staff, monitor vitals, and support residents’ mobility and comfort.

This role offers full-time, part-time, and PRN opportunities with competitive pay and benefits. Completion of a Nurse Assistant Training Program with certificate is required, and CNA certification must be obtainable within

• Ability to obtain CNA certification within 120 days of hire.

Responsibilities

• Assist residents with daily care and activities under the supervision of licensed nursing staff.
• Take and record vital signs, including temperature, pulse, respiration, and blood pressure.
• Help residents with walking, positioning, transfers, and mobility needs.
• Weigh residents and accurately document information.
• Respond to resident and family needs with compassion and professionalism.
• Work with the care team to promote resident comfort, safety, and well-being.
