This role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and gentle, respectful care. You will assist with meals, grooming setup, mobility, safety, and ensuring a welcoming environment throughout shifts.

Responsibilities

• Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times.
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors.
• Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff.
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies.
