Atrium Centers in Michigan is seeking a Non-Certified Aide / Hospitality Aide to enhance residents’ daily experiences with comfort, assistance, and compassionate support—without hands-on clinical care. Be a light for residents, families, and your team.

Responsibilities include helping with grooming, meals, hydration, transport, and relaying needs to nursing staff while maintaining safety, dignity, and a welcoming environment.

• Assist residents with non-clinical daily needs such as grooming setup, toileting reminders, and comfort measures
• Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
• Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
• Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
