Atrium Centers seeks a Licensed Nursing Home Administrator to lead daily operations of a care facility in Wisconsin. You’ll supervise nursing staff, manage budgets, and ensure compliance with federal and state regulations while upholding resident rights and high-quality care.

Qualifications

• Licensed Nursing Home Administrator in the state.
• Bachelor’s degree preferred.
• 1–3 years of managing a healthcare or long-term care facility.
• Proven operations management experience in healthcare.
• Strong supervisory and team development abilities.
• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and regulations.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities with attention to detail.

• Knowledge of resident rights, care plans, and nursing home regulations

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
