Job summary

Atrium Centers in Ironwood, MI seeks a Non-Certified Aide / Hospitality Aide to support residents with daily non-clinical needs, meals, transportation, and comforting assistance. You’ll help maintain dignity and safety in a warm, resident-focused environment.

No medical certification is required, but empathy, reliability, and teamwork are essential. You’ll collaborate with nursing staff, report concerns promptly, and contribute to a caring, ESOP-owned workplace.

Responsibilities

• Provide support with meals, hydration, and resident transport within the facility
• Assist nursing staff by answering call lights and relaying resident needs promptly
• Support resident safety and promote dignity and respect at all times
• Maintain a clean, welcoming environment for residents and visitors
• Observe residents and report concerns or changes to nursing staff
• Follow all safety, infection control, and resident rights policies
