Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Yard Driver, Non-CDL to support the country’s food distribution system. You will move tractor trailers on company property, load/unload at docks, and ensure safe, timely parking handling at designated areas.

The role emphasizes safety, DOT compliance, and customer-facing interaction as the face of the company, with opportunities for growth and competitive pay starting at $23.00 per hour.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED or Equivalent.
• Must be able to work the scheduled, assigned times and overtime.
• Valid non-commercial driver’s license.
• Meet all State licensing/certification requirements (where applicable).
• Clean MVR for past 3 years; pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Pass road test.
• Able to hand-lift and utilize two-wheeler, lift gate and/or other equipment to move and/or stack product cases/freight of varying size and weight.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company safe-driving policies.
• Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
• Transports tractor trailers to offsite maintenance and/or inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
• Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment always. Completes all required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned
