Job summary

Core-Mark is seeking a Yard Driver, Non-CDL to move tractor trailers to and from loading docks and to park trailers in designated areas, in a safe, timely manner in accordance with DOT regulations.

The role involves loading/unloading duties when not moving trailers, with a Sunday–Thursday shift starting at 1pm. Compensation includes $19/hour base plus a $2 premium after training, plus benefits and growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months steady work history.
• Clean Class C Driver experience.
• Must pass post offer drug test and criminal background check.
• Able to lift and move freight up to 60–90 pounds.

Responsibilities

• Performs inspections and moves trailers safely following all DOT regulations and company policies.
• Fuels, moves, and parks tractors and trailers to the docks.
• Transports trailers to offsite maintenance/inspection facilities; requires local city driving.
• Secures trucks, trailers, and equipment; completes all required documentation.
• Performs other related duties as assigned.

Skills

6+ months steady work history

Valid non-commercial driver's license

Clean MVR past 3 years

DOT regulations awareness
