Job summary

Zūm Services, Inc. is seeking a Non-CDL Van Driver to safely transport students to and from school and school activities in Rockford, Illinois. This safety-sensitive role focuses on maintaining a secure environment and the safe operation of the vehicle.

Qualifications

• Minimum age: 21 years of age or older.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Legally authorized to work in the United States.
• For Certified Non-CDL Van Drivers: Valid IL driver's license, clean driving record, 3+ years of driving experience & ILFirst Division School Bus Driver Permit (Non‑CDL).
• For Non-Certified Non-CDL Van Drivers: Valid IL driver's license, clean driving record & 3+ years of driving experience.

Requirements:

• This role is classified as a safety-sensitive position
• Minimum age: 21 years of age or older
• High school diploma or equivalent
• Legally authorized to work in the United States
• For Certified Non-CDL Van Drivers:Valid IL driver's license, clean driving record, 3+years of driving experience& ILFirst Division School Bus Driver Permit (Non‑CDL)
• For Non-Certified Non-CDL Van Drivers: Valid IL driver's license, clean driving record &3+years of driving experience
• Willing to obtain the First Division School Bus Driver Permit (Non-CDL) - state requirements, with training provided
• Ability to pass background check and drug test
• Physical ability to assist students and lift up to 50 lbs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
