Job summary

Transdev in Canby, Oregon is seeking a CDL Driver to provide safe, reliable bus service with a focus on passenger care and professional conduct.

The role requires a valid CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements, at least 3 years of driving experience, and the ability to work flexible shifts including Saturdays. Starting pay ranges from $24.50–$27.00 per hour, with progression to $30.50 over 5 years.

Qualifications

• CDL Class A or B with passenger and airbrake endorsements.
• Minimum 3 years driving experience (personal or professional).
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Must be able to work shifts or flexible schedules (including Saturdays).
• Subject to a DOT drug test and safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Safety-focused operations following routes and schedules with safety protocols.
• Passenger care: assist and ensure comfortable rides and timely disembarkation.
• Vehicle vigilance: perform pre/post-trip inspections and report maintenance needs.
• Adherence to protocols: enforce seat belts and comply with regulations.
• Other duties as required.
