Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED or equivalent.
• One year of route delivery experience or driving a straight truck.
• CDL preferred.
• English language proficiency sufficient to converse with the public and read signs.
• CDL holders subject to DOT regulations and testing.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical, customer relations, and personnel management for major programs and projects.
• Runs routes efficiently, meeting or exceeding designated route times.
• Unload product from trailer, by hand or with a hand cart, into designated storage areas.
• Lift and move product up to 75?100 pounds and stack pallets as needed.
• Verify delivery with customer and obtain signatures.
• Communicate discrepancies and returns to management.
• Handle shorts and customer complaints professionally.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections per DOT rules and Sysco policy.
