US FOODS is seeking a Non-CDL Driver in Lubbock, TX. You will make multi-stop deliveries, unload 100% by hand or with equipment, verify deliveries, and maintain safety at all times. Staffing includes a $2,500 retention bonus for eligible new hires and competitive hourly training pay.

Starting pay is $22.50 per hour during training, with average earnings around $35.90 per hour after training. Benefits begin day one, including health care and retirement savings.

Qualifikationen

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with endorsements if required.
• No CDL required; DOT physical can be required.

• Safe driving: deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Unloading: unload using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand; 100% touch freight.
• Product handling: move products with a hand truck, navigate stairs and varied environments.
• Delivery verification: secure signatures and confirm orders with customers.
• Return management: document and handle any returned products.
• Issue reporting: escalate delivery or customer issues as needed.
• Equipment inspection: perform pre- and post-trip safety checks.
• Account management: handle collections and payments when applicable.
• Adaptability: perform other duties as assigned.
