Job summary

US Foods in Lubbock, TX is seeking a dedicated Non-CDL Driver to join our delivery team. You will perform multi-stop foodservice deliveries, unload with a hand truck or by hand, and verify deliveries with customers. Training starts at $22.53 per hour, with an average after training of $35.90 per hour.

The role requires a 21+ driver’s license, English communication, and the ability to work early morning shifts (1-5am). Benefits begin Day One, and a retention bonus may be offered.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid U.S. driver’s license with required endorsements if applicable.
• GED or high school diploma preferred.
• Ability to read and communicate in English.

Responsibilities

• Deliver multi-stop foodservice products on a route.
• Unload products using a hand truck or by hand to designated storage areas.
• Move products using a two-wheeler, ramp, and handle stairs as needed.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Document returns and communicate issues to supervisor.
• Conduct pre-/post-trip vehicle inspections for safety.
• Assist with cash handling to the extent required.
• Adapt to varying stops, weather, and temperatures.
