Job summary

Imperial Brady is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Stockton to support our growing distribution network. You will transport products to multiple stops each day, using a 24’ box truck with air brakes, and deliver to customer locations with a focus on service quality.

Responsibilities include loading/unloading with hand pallet jack and lift gate, keeping an accurate activity log, inspecting the vehicle, and communicating with dispatch and customers in a professional manner.

Qualifications

• Clean driving record.
• 1 year route delivery experience.
• 1 year of pallet jack and hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must pass DOT medical and non-DOT drug exams.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 5 am to 130 pm (or until the daily route is completed).

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
