Job summary

Imperial Brady is seeking a Non-CDL Delivery Driver in Savannah to deliver products to stops daily. You will unload merchandise using a hand pallet jack and a dolly, and ensure accurate delivery to the customer’s location while delivering friendly service.

Requirements include a good driving record, at least one year of route delivery experience, one year of manual pallet jack/hand truck experience, lift gate experience, ability to lift 50+ pounds, and passing a DOT medical exam plus a non-DOT

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to 25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 6am to Finish (or until the daily route is completed).

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
