Job summary

Imperial Brady in Marquette, MI is hiring a Non-CDL Delivery Driver to support daily product deliveries. You will unload using a hand, pallet jack, and dolly, and provide excellent customer service at each stop.

Work hours are Monday to Friday, 7:30am–4:00pm (or until the route is completed). Responsibilities include safely operating a 24’ box truck up to 25,999 GVW, loading/unloading, logging activity, reporting issues, inspecting the truck, and keeping customers informed with a positive

Qualifications

• 1 year of route delivery experience.
• 1 year of manual pallet jack & hand truck experience.
• Lift gate experience.
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds.
• Must pass DOT medical exam and Non-DOT drug exam.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to stops daily.
• Unload using hand, pallet jack, and dolly.

As a Non-CDL Delivery Driver, you will be responsible for delivering products to stops per day. You will need to unload the merchandise using a hand, a pallet jack, and a dolly, and deliver it to the customer's preferred location. Providing exceptional customer service is a crucial aspect of this role.

You will work from Monday to Friday, from 7:30am to 4:00pm, or until the daily route is completed.

You will:

• Safely operate a 24’ box truck with air brakes up to25,999 GVW
• Load and unload cargo via hand, manual pallet jack, and lift gate
• Properly track and document the activity log
• Report any issues or incidents to dispatch
• Inspect the truck before and after the trip
• Communicate with customers with an outgoing attitude

You have:

• A good driving record
• 1 year of route delivery experience
• 1 year of manual pallet jack and hand truck experience
• Lift gate experience
• Ability to lift 50+ pounds comfortably and unassisted
• Must be able to pass a DOT medical exam and a Non-DOT drug exam.
