Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Chattanooga, TN is seeking a Delivery Driver Non CDL to join our team. You will safely operate company trucks, load and unload merchandise, verify orders, and collect signature and payments as required.

You will work independently, maintain accurate shipping documents, and help customers at delivery sites while upholding safety standards and company policies. English fluency and basic math are essential.

Qualifications

• Must be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• At least 21 years old.
• Possess a proper and valid driver’s license.
• Able to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before starting and every two years while employed.
• Read, write, speak and understand English.
• Able to perform basic math operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules and laws.
• Load the truck with merchandise and secure the load.
• Understand and verify shipping documents and directions.
• Review order accuracy and obtain signatures for delivered merchandise.
• Collect payments for cash sale deliveries before releasing material.
• Provide sales leads to Hajoca customers during deliveries.
• Inspect the truck and report any mechanical issues before departure.
