Job summary

Hajoca Corporation in Hendersonville, TN is seeking a Non CDL Delivery Driver to safely load, transport, and unload plumbing and related products for our customers. You will follow routes, verify orders, and obtain signatures at delivery.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Be at least 21 years old and have a valid driver’s license.
• Pass a DOT physical before starting and every two years while employed.
• Meet company driving-authorization criteria and maintain safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with rules and laws.
• Load the truck and secure the load for delivery.
• Understand shipping documents and provide accurate directions.
• Review documents for order accuracy and obtain signatures on delivery.
• Collect outstanding payments for cash deliveries before releasing goods.
• Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names/addresses.
• Inspect truck and required parts; report mechanical issues.
• Complete safety and compliance training and related duties.
