Qualifications

• Must have a valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Able to pass Department of Transportation physical examination.
• Read, write, and understand English for paperwork and communication.
• Be able to operate trucks safely and maintain compliance with regulations.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules and applicable laws.
• Load the truck with merchandise and secure the load to prevent shifting or damage.
• Understand and process shipping documents and provide accurate delivery directions.
• Unload merchandise at destination and obtain legible signatures for all deliveries.
• Collect and secure payments for cash sale deliveries before releasing merchandise.
• Resolve shipping discrepancies with customers on site.
• Inspect the truck and required parts before departure and report issues.
• Perform daily vehicle inspections and maintain a clean cab and body.
