Job summary

Hajoca is seeking a Delivery Driver Non CDL to deliver merchandise to job sites and customer facilities, loading and unloading goods, and maintaining accurate shipping documents. The role emphasizes safety, proper load securing, and timely communication with customers and management.

You will also collect payments for cash deliveries, resolve shipping discrepancies, and build positive relationships with customers and vendors while adhering to DOT requirements and company policies.

Qualifications

• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs.
• Pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before starting work and every two years while employed.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules and regulations.
• Load and unload merchandise, secure loads, and ensure safe unloading.
• Review shipping documentation and ensure order accuracy.
• Obtain legible signatures for delivered merchandise and secure outstanding payments for cash deliveries.
• Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer names and addresses encountered during deliveries.
