Job summary

Hajoca Corporation is hiring a Delivery Driver Non CDL in Austin, TX. You will safely operate trucks (non-CDL), load and unload merchandise, verify shipping documents, collect payments for cash sales, and provide customer service at delivery sites.

You will also seek sales leads and ensure compliance with DOT requirements and company policies. The role requires 21+ years old, valid driver’s license, ability to pass a DOT physical, and the capacity to work independently while maintaining safety

Qualifications

• Be able to drive a vehicle over 10,000 lbs and meet company driving standards.
• Ability to pass a Department of Transportation physical examination before starting and at least every two years while employed.
• Must maintain safety and compliance in warehouse and delivery operations.

Responsibilities

• Operate trucks safely and in compliance with company rules and applicable laws.
• Load and secure merchandise for delivery; ensure unload and placement per receiving party instructions.
• Obtain legible signatures for delivered merchandise and collect outstanding payments for cash sales.
• Provide sales leads by noting prospective customer information discovered during deliveries.
• Inspect the truck and equipment for safe operation and report any defects to management.
