Job summary

Fair Winds Logistics is hiring a Non CDL Delivery Driver in Aurora, CO. Training will provide DOT certification on onboarding, with a $25.50/hour base and paid overtime. The role is full-time with benefits, requiring loading at the warehouse, route delivery, and customer-facing service.

You will operate a 16–26 ft DOT-regulated truck, pass DOT physicals, and complete daily documentation. Prior delivery experience is a plus, but not required as training is provided.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record; non CDL license accepted.
• Must successfully complete DOT certification and DOT physical (onboarding support).
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening and comply with random testing.

Responsibilities

• Load vehicle at the warehouse and prepare for daily route.
• Safely transport packages 70–300 lbs with ride-along support.
• Follow delivery route to complete on-time drops.
• Operate a DOT-regulated 16–26 ft truck in accordance with laws.
• Perform pre-trip and post-trip inspections.
