Job summary

Fair Winds Logistics LLC is hiring Delivery Driver Helpers (Non CDL) in the United States. You will ride with an experienced driver to deliver oversized packages to customers’ doors, with paid training and 20.00/hour pay plus overtime. We offer benefits, 401(k), and flexible scheduling seven days a week.

This is a physical, rewarding role requiring safety practices, good communication, and the ability to lift heavy packages while supporting drivers and dispatchers daily.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and pass a 5-panel drug screen.
• Strong work ethic and teamwork; customer-first mindset.
• Ability to operate a smartphone with GPS for navigation.

Responsibilities

• Report to warehouse each morning for shift loadout and preparation.
• Assist the driver with loading/unloading oversized packages (16–26 ft vehicle).
• Follow delivery route and ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.
• Load/unload vehicle safely and perform pre/post-trip inspections.
• Maintain communication with dispatch for status updates.
• Interact professionally with customers and the public, representing Fair Winds Logistics.
