Job summary

Fair Winds Logistics LLC in Colorado is hiring a non CDL Delivery Driver to perform daily deliveries from our warehouse, loading 70–300 lb packages with a ride-along helper and representing the company on every route. You must be 21+, hold a valid driver's license, complete DOT certification, pass a 10-panel drug screen, and demonstrate reliability and customer service excellence.

The role offers $25.50/hour with paid overtime, PTO, training with DOT support, health/vision/dental/life insurance,

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old and legally authorized to work in the United States.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record — non CDL accepted.
• Must successfully complete DOT certification and DOT physical (onboarding support provided).
• Must pass a 10-panel drug screening and comply with random testing requirements.
• Strong attention to detail, time management, and reliability.
• Excellent communication skills and a customer-first attitude.
• Prior driver or delivery experience is a plus, but not required—training provided.
• Ability to lift 70 lbs independently, or up to 300 lbs with team lift.

Responsibilities

• Start and end each shift at the warehouse; load vehicle and prepare for route.
• Safely load and transport packages 70–300 lbs with ride-along helper.
• Follow delivery route efficiently and on schedule.
• Deliver large-format packages to residential and commercial customers.
