Fair Winds Logistics LLC in Gypsum, CO is seeking a Non CDL Delivery Driver. You will report to the warehouse each morning, load packages, and drive our vehicle to deliver with excellent customer service.

A 4-day workweek (32–40 hours) and $30.00 per hour are offered, with paid training and a benefits package including health coverage and a 401(k). Equipment such as a handheld device, uniform, and GPS navigation are provided.

Qualifications

• Experience in physically active work translates well to this delivery driver role.
• Military veterans are welcomed and encouraged to apply.
• Delivery-related experience is a plus but not required.

Responsabilités

• Report to warehouse in Gypsum, CO each morning for loadout.
• Load and unload packages before routing.
• Follow delivery routes efficiently and safely to ensure on-time delivery.
• Perform pre-trip safety inspections on your vehicle.
• Use a smartphone and GPS to manage routes and scan packages.
• Provide outstanding customer service at every stop.
• Communicate with your support team to resolve issues and ensure completion of deliveries.
• Assist fellow drivers with route rescues when needed.
• Follow all traffic laws, guidelines, and company policies.
• Work in all weather conditions and on various routes.
• Lift up to 50 lbs frequently; up to 70 lbs with equipment; team-lift up to 300 lbs.
• Return to the warehouse at shift end to complete admin close-out.
