Job summary

Builders FirstSource, Inc. seeks a delivery driver to load, transport, and deliver building materials to customer sites. Non-CDL drivers will operate vehicles weighing 10,001-26,000 pounds, adhering to safety and regulatory requirements.

You will verify orders, log deliveries, and act as a customer liaison while ensuring on-time, undamaged deliveries and professional service. Training and benefits are provided, with emphasis on safety and career growth.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED and 21+ years old with a valid driver’s license.
• Pass MVR and obtain a DOT medical card within five days of request.
• Ability to read and speak English; previous delivery experience is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Load, secure, and deliver materials to customer sites and unload safely.
• Verify orders, maintain delivery logs, and ensure order accuracy.
• Serve as a customer liaison and address concerns to resolve issues.
• Operate delivery vehicles and forklifts as required, perform safety checks.
• Maintain vehicle cleanliness and comply with DVIR and HOS regulations.
