  • Compensation: $25/hour
  • Schedule: Monday to Friday, no weekends; start time 5 AM until route completion
  • Basic Requirements: Valid driver’s license, acceptable driving record within company policy guidelines, have or willing to obtain medical card. Company vehicle provided. Must be able to commute to the Sales Center in Colchester, VT daily.

Job Description

The Driver Merchandiser is responsible for delivering products efficiently to customers in a courteous, professional, safe, and timely manner. Responsibilities include stocking shelves, rotating products, and serving as an ambassador for our brands.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities
  • Deliver products to customers on assigned route
  • Merchandise, display, and rotate products according to standards
  • Pick up company property and returns
  • Move, lift, and load products and company property
  • Invoice and collect payments; settle accounts daily
  • Ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Provide excellent customer service and build relationships with store personnel
Job Requirements
  • Valid driver’s license and driving record within policy guidelines
  • High school diploma, GED, or equivalent preferred
  • 1+ years of commercial driving experience preferred
  • Experience in route delivery, merchandising, retail management, or customer service preferred
  • Ability to lift, pull, and push 50+ pounds repeatedly, reach above head, stand, walk, kneel, bend, and reach
  • Ability to operate manual and powered material handling equipment for at least 100 yards without assistance
