Gourmet Foods International is hiring a delivery driver in Sumner, WA. The role requires loading, delivering, and servicing customers with a focus on safety and compliance. You will drive company trucks, adhere to DOT rules, follow procedures, and manage routes efficiently to ensure on-time, accurate deliveries.

Qualifications

• Must be at least 21 years old.
• Valid Class C Driver’s License.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and push/pull up to 75 lbs.
• Able to step up 17 inches and climb up to three rungs of a ladder.
• High School diploma or GED.

Responsibilities

• Deliver company product to customers according to manifest.
• Drive company vehicle.
• Follow DOT rules and regulations.
• Follow GFI procedures and protocols.
• Exceed customer service expectations.
• Maintain load temperatures according to load specifications.
• Manage route according to dispatch, jurisdictional compliance, and load optimization.
• Ability to maintain electronic documents – XRS experience a plus.
