Job summary

US Foods is hiring a Non-CDL Driver in Midlothian, VA. You will deliver multi-stop foodservice products with a company vehicle, ensuring timely and safe service to customers. The role includes unloading, product handling, and delivery verification, with 100% touch freight where required.

Starting pay is $27.00 per hour during training, then moving to component pay based on stops, miles, and cases. Work hours are Monday–Friday, 6:00 AM–4:00 PM, with overtime and benefits as outlined.

Qualifications

• Must be able to read and communicate in English.
• Basic math skills are required.
• Must be able to pass a DOT physical.

Responsibilities

• Deliver products to customers in a timely and safe manner.
• Unload products using a two-wheeler, ramp, or by hand.
• Move products into customer locations using a hand truck.
• Verify deliveries with customers and obtain signatures.
• Document and manage any returns and communicate issues to supervision.
• Conduct pre- and post-trip inspections to uphold safety standards.
