Liquid Personnel is recruiting a Social Worker for our client’s Non-Case Holding team in Durham. This role focuses on delivering bespoke work to support children and families without managing a caseload.

You will work flexibly with managers to provide high-quality assessments and interventions, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and professional standards. A positive team culture and supportive management are emphasized.

Qualifications

• Must be a registered social worker with Social Work England.
• Qualified Social Worker (degree or equivalent).
• Experience completing Pre-Birth, Parenting and Children & Family Assessments.

Responsibilities

• Complete Pre-Birth, Parenting and Children & Family Assessments.
• Design tailored packages of support for children and families.
• Ensure all work complies with statutory requirements and best practice standards.
• Maintain accurate records and reports in line with professional expectations.
• Collaborate with managers to contribute to a positive team culture.
